How the bridge works

  1. To Elysium: HYPE leaves your wallet on HyperEVM into the bridge contract and shows up on Elysium at the same address, usually within a minute. Your wallet switches networks for the one signature, then back.
  2. From Elysium: HYPE is burned on Elysium and released on HyperEVM after the challenge period. You claim it on Kinetiq's bridge.
  3. Nothing is wrapped and no one holds your funds: the same contracts Kinetiq's own bridge uses, which you can verify on the explorer.

Which wallets work?

Any EVM wallet: MetaMask, Rabby, Rainbow, Coinbase Wallet, OKX, and WalletConnect apps on phones. Elysium is a normal EVM chain.

I sent HYPE but my balance is 0

Check the wallet is on Elysium, not Hyperliquid or HyperEVM. Bridged HYPE lands on Elysium only. Look your address up on the explorer to confirm the transfer arrived.

Do I need anything other than HYPE?

No. HYPE pays gas, buys tokens, and is what you get back when you sell. Fees are taken in HYPE and shown before you confirm.
